FALL 2025 DONATION DRIVE

Department Needs
RBV Drama uses all sorts of small items each year to keep the department running! Please consider donating department items. 
1. AA batteries (Duracell/Energizer usually work best in the department mics)
2. Hair gel (big tubs of super/extra hold)
3. Hairspray (super/extra hold)
4. Black crew/dress socks (generally in the men's section)
5. Tights, stockings, pantyhose (all skin tone shades and sizes)
6. Menstruation products
7. Makeup wipes/baby wipes
8. Hand sanitizer/liquid hand soap
9. Bobby pins (in all hair shades/colors)
10. Dry erase markers in all colors
11. Bottled water, juice boxes, granola bars, chips, fruit snacks, apples, oranges, applesauce - squeeze kind is best for the classroom
12. Cleaning wipes (Clorox, etc.)
13. Paper towels
14. 3" Black, Tan, or White Elastic (for making mic belts)
Please drop off items in the Drama Room (Room 412).
Concession/StarGram Needs
At each performance we offer concession items and roses (for StarGrams) for a nominal donation. Funds raised help support the production costs for each show.

  • Soda (cans)
  • Full-Size Candy (individually wrapped) - Sours, Chocolate, Gummies, etc. 
  • Chip Bags (snack-sized)
  • Cookies/Crackers/Other Treats (snack-sized)
  • Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate Supplies​​
  • Hot Drink Cups with Lids
  • Napkins
  • Plates
  • Utensils (forks, knives, spoons)
  • Roses
  • Scotch Tape, Sharpies (in bright/dark colors), Hole Punch, Scissors, Card Stock (8.5"x11" in bright/lighter colors)
Please be sure that items are store-bought and individually wrapped.
​Unfortunately, we are unable to accept homemade or non-wrapped food items without prior approval.
Skills & Time
We are always looking for adults who can offer their special skills such as:
  • Attend a monthly booster meeting (in person & Zoom)
  • Work the ticket or snack table at a show
  • Gathering or donating items for our annual online silent auction​
  • Gather ads for our playbills
  • Help at a large event (Spring Gala/Awards Banquet/Fall Family Picnic/Winter Party)
  • Find or connect the boosters with potential donors or corporate sponsorships (work with Treasurer on this one)
  • Sewing/Mending/Laundry
  • Carpentry/Electrical
  • Tech/Computer
  • Photography
  • Videography
  • Graphic Design/Printing
  • Fundraising/Outreach to Community Businesses
  • Truck for Hauling Large Supplies/Items
  • Hanging Posters Around Town
  • Volunteering at a performance (collecting donations/setting up/tearing down concessions, tickets, or StarGrams)
  • And plenty more behind-the-scenes opportunities, which we discuss at our meetings!

Sponsorships
Your sponsorship makes a direct impact. From production to production we look for generous individuals to underwrite specific items/needs such as:
Buy Our Cast & Crew Dinner - our students work hard and put in the time! Sponsorships for meals enable us to feed the kiddos during tech week
Set/Prop Sponsor - underwrite the purchase of lumber, paint, nails, screws, and the many set/prop supplies for our productions
Costume/Makeup/Wig Sponsor - underwrite the glitz and glam for a production
Production Specific Sponsorship - each product has it's own unique needs. Sponsorships in this category are show specific and are ever-changing
Angel Sponsorship - sponsor a student or students through a show and/or a festival/conference
