Department Needs
RBV Drama uses all sorts of small items each year to keep the department running! Please consider donating department items.
1. AA batteries (Duracell/Energizer usually work best in the department mics)
2. Hair gel (big tubs of super/extra hold)
3. Hairspray (super/extra hold)
4. Black crew/dress socks (generally in the men's section)
5. Tights, stockings, pantyhose (all skin tone shades and sizes)
6. Menstruation products
7. Makeup wipes/baby wipes
8. Hand sanitizer/liquid hand soap
9. Bobby pins (in all hair shades/colors)
10. Dry erase markers in all colors
11. Bottled water, juice boxes, granola bars, chips, fruit snacks, apples, oranges, applesauce - squeeze kind is best for the classroom
12. Cleaning wipes (Clorox, etc.)
13. Paper towels
14. 3" Black, Tan, or White Elastic (for making mic belts)

At each performance we offer concession items and roses (for StarGrams) for a nominal donation. Funds raised help support the production costs for each show.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept homemade or non-wrapped food items without prior approval.

We are always looking for adults who can offer their special skills such as:

- Attend a monthly booster meeting (in person & Zoom)
- Work the ticket or snack table at a show
- Gathering or donating items for our annual online silent auction
- Gather ads for our playbills
- Help at a large event (Spring Gala/Awards Banquet/Fall Family Picnic/Winter Party)
- Find or connect the boosters with potential donors or corporate sponsorships (work with Treasurer on this one)
- Sewing/Mending/Laundry
- Carpentry/Electrical
- Tech/Computer
- Photography
- Videography
- Graphic Design/Printing
- Fundraising/Outreach to Community Businesses
- Truck for Hauling Large Supplies/Items
- Hanging Posters Around Town
- Volunteering at a performance (collecting donations/setting up/tearing down concessions, tickets, or StarGrams)
- And plenty more behind-the-scenes opportunities, which we discuss at our meetings!
